Flurry 1.3 - Per-monitor flurries & Editor

After all those years, I took some time to go back to flurry and finally add some the missing things.

What's new:

- Flurry editor: create your own settings and share the templates!

- Per-monitor flurries: if you have several monitors, you can now assign a different flurry on each monitor

- UI for FPS indicator, shrink percentage and Block&Whiteout modes

- a few bugs fixed (preview button, non-skinned controls, ...)

Go crazy and create new beautiful presets. Don't forget to copy the template code and share it with the rest of us!

Note: You cannot delete the included presets (and you cannot edit them and save them as new ones yet).

That is *great* ! Especially the template editor. I always thought the default settings for the windows version of Flurry weren't that good, compared to the Mac version (I once crawled through the sources to see were this could be configurated). But now that we can create our own templates... Thanks a lot !
