Alternating colors missing from Forumdisplay

I've got "alternating colors" on other pages, but not on forumdisplay. Why would that be? You've got them on Aqua-Soft.org.

Also, I want to put side columns on my forum and I'm using vBadvanced to do this, but the center column has not border on it to define it. Because the skin is setup to have the nice white edges extend to the drop shadow on the sides (surrounded by the dark blue) a border is not needed usually,

But when the forum becomes a center column then it needs some outline ALONG with those alternating colors.

Can you give me some help on both of these issues?

The alternate forum bit isn't showing up on your forums due to your forum order.

You must order your forums in the admin cp. See the screenshot below to see what I mean.

As for the vBadvanced support, I will install a copy of it of it today on my box and see how the templates work on that. If its something simple I'll add support for it in the skin.

Your method for the forum stripping worked. My forums were set 10, 20, 30, etc but changing them to 1, 2, 3, made the difference. I'm not sure why... but it worked.
