Aqua-Soft ForumsIs it just me or does this version seem a tad zippier. It definitely shuts down faster.
iTunes 7.7.0.43
On Mac = Yes, I've noticed a bit faster (on shared library) all-around performance as well as faster shutdown as you've mentioned. It loads my shared library much quicker than before, about 5 seconds compared to 7.6's 20 (20,000 songs).
On Windows = I haven't noticed much really, but shared libraries are faster, as well as response to my input (it scrolls more efficient on coverflow, etc)
Its definitely faster. I've had no lag when working with it in the background.
