Tutorial site for the oldies?

My parents are 50 yrs old and are finally making the plunge into the mac world.

They're about to buy an iMac (ohh boy).

They are quite illiterate;

(Mum; "I pressed F2, but nothing is happening! I dont get it... do I have to hold F and 2 down at the same time? or just one and then the other?")

So yeah... Im basically after a site... One written in total noob language, thats easy to read... that they can sit and click through as a quick reference.

Like a tutorial site, but not so much one they have to search... one that "Introduces" the Mac and gives them a step by step rundown.

Not a comprehensive reference... just a dummy/beginner's manual/guide/getting started thing...

any ideas/thoughts/links/books would be welcome...

yeah its not quite in the form I need though... need something which gives them an overview rather than showing them specific things.

Im getting them to buy applecare for that... but i need something which says "this is the dock, this is the menubar... this is how you close a window"
