Microsoft Office outlook 2003 mail skin/mods

anyone knows how to let Microsoft Office outlook 2003 (or completely office 2003) get a mac look?

I want to let outlook look like Mail (like in leopard!)

if possible also make office 2003 look like office 2004/2008 for mac

I have the same question for Outlook 2007. Is there someone who have done a beautiful skin to customize Outlook 2007 in order to have a Mail Mac OS X Look ?
