Aqua-Soft ForumsOf any applications out there (preferably Windows-based), which do you think has the best UI? I want to know your opinions on the convenience and usability though, not the actual graphics and how good it looks.

Best UI... Firefox, once you've tweaked it to have only what you want.
For originality, though, I'd go with the new MS office, that's a pretty nice UI.
then, you got programs that are so insanely expansive, you wonder where all those commands can come from. for making the impossible possible: blender.
I like the UI of Windows Calender and MS Office 2007
I like the Opera 9.51 GUI even though it is not the most popular browser market share-wise. Just because of it many features inherent in its architecture -where it is not added on in some major browsers that is why it is my default browser even with it issues

iTunes, Safari, Quicktime (windows versions of them) 
iTunes & Quicktime for Windows ? Best guis ? I think that they are ugly and they fail to integrate with the rest of the system (not to mention iTunes' menu bar ...)
On my side, I think that Vista's explorer has one of the best UIs, it's intuitive, looks good when you use aero and is effective while staying customisable.
