Aveicon can't convert Mac icons to ico or png

I already have Aveicon and I know how to convert Mac icons with the file extensions .sit and .icns to Windows icons but this one doesn't have a file extension at all or at least not one that I can see (and yes, I have viewing of file extensions enabled):

I'm thinking that this is a type of Mac only icon or something like that, that is only viewable on a Mac. So that why I'm asking someone to convert it, I'm at a complete lose myself.
