newb buying RAM

I need some help buying this on ebay. I'm known for messing up on buying hardware, so any advice will help.

I'm not looking at this because its "Apple" but its the only one under 100 after shipping that goes to Canada. Also can someone guaranty me this will this be compatible with my 2.0ghz macbook (on box; "1GB (two 512 SO-DIMMs) of DDR2 SDRAM; supports up to 4GB)

& is there a better place to buy new for under 100 that ships to canada?

go into system profiler and under Hardware --> Memory, look at the exact type of RAM you got in the system. Crucial.com is my personal favorite. Just search for the type and speed of the RAM you have now and it's guaranteed to work with your system .

I don't know if Crucial has canada on it's mailing list; but go hunting around and if it matches, it'll work.

EDIT:

Do what I said originally, in system profiler and look at the RAM you have now. If it matches the exact #s to those listed on eBay, it's a winner for ya.
