[release] Itunes-esque Toolbar

Many thanks to voodoo for letting me release this. I basically just changed the background of the button and made a glow for the hot buttons. Let me know if you guys like it. Also, I would like to thank voodoo once again for hosting.

I have one more question. If I wanted to put this into my system without using YzToolbar, which file and resource number is it that I would have to change? I hope someone knows, so I don't have to use YzToolbar.

Also I like this for almost any Panther theme.
