{CAD} Updated Coversutra skin (3 versions)

Hi,

I updated my Coversutra skin for CAD2. I also made two new version: Tooltip and Case.

Everything as close to the original I could get.

EDIT: Made a new version to match Coversutra Version 2.1.2.

Tooltip is nice but the case is just like any other CAD skin out there.
