Nothing works anymore ...

So today I installed FlyakiteOSX. I download it from the official site, installed, everything worked just fine. Except I forgot to unclick that iTunes option, so the setup wouldn't finish and I had to reboot. I then uninstalled it and installed it again to make sure everything was right this time.

I did just that. But now nothing works anymore. I can't acces my Control Panel, any program whatsoever, I can't open folders, programs and certain files. The internet works fine fortunately.

First I of course uninstalled the program, so now I'm back in XP again, but it's still the same problem.

Is there anything I can do about this? Anything at all?

I work on a Dell Latitude D830 with XP, never had any problems like this before.

The best answer i can suggest is a system restore.

You'd have to system restore probably, since the installation froze, so certain system files were never replaced or fully modified and they are most likely not able to function anymore.

before a system restore, id' trying re-installing and uninstalling one more time. see if you can't force it replace those missing files...
