iTunes' unexpected shutdown

Hey guys i have a problem with iTunes.

Whenever i try to pause the downloads, the iTunes shuts down unexpectedly. Is there a solution to this?

Even when i click "Allow simultaneous Downloads" the same thing occurs.

I am running Windows Vista.
