Using VS on Vista

I'm new to Vista. Only a month maybe. I've read about something called VistaGlazz that lets you use VS on Vista. I just wanna make sure it's OK to use this and that it runs OK with SP1. Also is it easy o uninstall if things go wrong?

I am using VistaGlazz on my Vista Ultimate 32bit SP1 and wasn't finding any errors, everything is working like a charme

Didn't uninstalled it so no information bout this.

Visual Style. Just the Microsoft *.msstyle files.

You can also download and replace the default ones with the patched uxtheme.dll, themeui.dll and shsvcs.dll from here(I did not upload them).

Be sure to take ownership and backup first.

I used Vista Glazz like "schmrom" said in an IM. My computer got a (Rundll32) error. And, I right clicked desktop, then clicked personalize. Then tried to click "Windows Color and Appearance" and bam there's that famous huge system error. Anyways, I had to call Compaq HP Tech Support and they told me to do a Full System Restore. So I had my computer totally wiped. I advise all Vista users to not use VistaGlazz or this could happen to you. I found out I like my black vista bar on the bottom better than errors.

That's weird, as I said already, I used Vista Glazz on a few computers and none of them was producing an error. Really weird oO
