Just text in the bar

hi, i'm new here, i'm a spanish speaker so excuse me for my bad english

i want to modify the windows bar to get just text without the icons that appears in this bar, how can i do that?

i dont want to get the OS X bar, because i don't use a dock when i can see the windows that i have open.

Use an appropriate WB theme, or manually reshack each application to replace those icons with a blank one.

i dont use any software, i just use the themes with the uxtheme.dll patched.
