My startup and shutdown times are vastly improved over 10.5.2 which is great as it was takin 40 seconds plus now i back to about 7 seconds which is great! Safrai no i not noticed a great deal of difference...

Safari 3 does seem a little faster (compared to Firefox 3), but only because it's using a newer WebKit build and the latest version of Saft.
