Need help on transforming windows

I want to turn my Windows Vista Home Premium into a computer that looks and runs a lot like Mac OS X 10.5 (Leopard). I am a beginner and I was just wondering what I should do to achieve my new goal. Also, I've been having some trouble with changing my cursor to a black Mac cursor. Also, If anyone can please list the steps on helping me achieve my goal!
