Finder skin for Windows explorer

anyone knows a skin (or alternative) for windows explorer to make it look like (in case of a alternative: that looks like) Finder in Leopard?

I also have Linux Ubuntu and that looks better

looks more like south-african to me, which is quite similar to dutch;)

as for the leopard finder-look.. also a leopard VS would be useful to get those nice traffic light buttons

eh most windmills are gone those that still exits are museum's and I have leather shoes!
