Accidently removed uninstall and back up files.

So, I accidently removed "uninstall flyakite and backup files" thinking that this was actually the shortcut to uninstalling flyakiteosx. Does this mean that flyakiteosx is non-uninstallable from my comp? and all the back up files are gone? what exactly are the backup files? and can i never return my xp desktop back to normal!? HELP!!
