2 problems

hello all i got 2 problems so for first i am new here^^

1.problem

i got windows vista ultimate and i dont like the skin of windows vista so i use vista Os X

so the problem isssssssss.....

some icons dont apply like the docments icon or other icons

2. problem the "alladin lapm effekt

it dont work :(:
