i'm pretty certain that that's mediabuntu. also, might be a theme called 'studio.'
it's a mock-up of the next Ubuntu UI that someone did, unofficial. I do not think it even exists, I could be wrong though.
You could probably come close though, with a dark theme, install Songbird because much of what is visible is simply songbird, maybe skinnned, probably not. The only thing you'll be lacking is the "Example Window" explorer/finder

But with the theme Mediubuntu or Studio you will get very close to the screen, except for the Example Window, that its quite impossible to achive that...
