Removing minimize to dock

Any ideas? The program as a quickbar works wonderfully, but using it when i minimize is rather annoying. I like windows taskbar, I just like having those extra programs at the top of my screen. If anyone knows of a way to keep the bar from adding to itself when i minimize....that would be absolutely lovely.

Simply add the program to the exclusions list.

Right click, settings, Exclusions, Use drop down to - Never Minimize to Dock, add the program.
