Flyakite's Shell32 48px (English Version)

I need an English Version of Flyakite's Shell32 48px in order to make an English Leopard Version...

Can someone provide me this??

I'm also not very experienced with this, but you can download the source of XPize, which is similar to Flyakite and have a look at it to see how it works.
