Stack Docklet is the answer...

To install it just extract it into "Docklets" folder thats inside your Dock folder...

plus which app is the one at the bottom which says "Golfi icons themes walls songs WIP" ?
n how does that work? does it bring up another fly out menu or is it just a button n a folder opens etc??

I think avedesk can also do the tabs.
Try Desktop sidebar. It's like windows Vista sidebar. It's alternative and there are tons of themes to fight your preferences! Here's the link-http://www.desktopsidebar.com/ I believe they have some leopard style themes.
