I can't find lynchknot's Safari skins for Firebird anywhere.

Links on his homepage don't work. Can anyone please help?

I have checked his site, but safari themes just aren't there. I get HTTP404 file not found error when I try to download them. Also, deskmod is down.

So, remains where...?

Hi, please read the front page of my website - thanks

This is the only SAF theme that I have updated with new licensing readme so far at this time - it is for Firebird version 1.5b:

Lynchknot, any chance of the PL versions update. I love the brushed one, but really love using the PL ones. Just thought I would ask.

lynchknot, whenever i use the safNB15 theme, it looks all messed up... the back/forward buttons don't show, there aren't scrollbars, the loading icon is blue (not sure if it's supposed to be like that or not), and i can't choose to show text labels (not sure if that's an option with this theme)

im using the latest nightly build

Well, Mozilla has changed the code again - so it breaks newly updated themes. I don't know what to do at this point because I don't want to keep 3 skin versions of the same theme. We got: Official release, nightly 1.5b, and now updated 1.5b.

The only themes at my site with latest updates are: Macqua, Macquaskin, and Rhapsody.

1.5b of FireBird? What the... have I been living in the stoneage or something? as far as I know im using the latestest release of firebird and its only v0.61! Are the nightlys that far ahead? should I try a nightly? I used to do nightlys a lot but im pretty content with how stable and working 0.61 is.

I use to be as confused about this as you are. But if you open up the Firebird about box, your will see a line like this (Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.5b) Gecko/20030822 Mozilla Firebird/0.6.1+) in the box. Notice the rv:1.5b, which is a revision number. That is what the 1.5 means in the Safari skins.

Hope this helps.

Ahhhh I see thanks for the help man, After reading up a little at MozillaZine I now see that the version numbers that lynch is talking about are Skin Engine numbers and doesnt actually change the version of the browser just the skinning part. Thanks all the same!
