If you compare, they are similar but aren't really the same ones. Like Bapestar said, those are the 32 pixels drives but I just can't find them anywhere...

Presuming you're using a mac here, can't you just resize the icons down to 32px using the Finder options for the Desktop? That's almost definitely what the person in the screenshot has done.
