Miranda-IM plugin for MSN+ support

Title gives my request away, does anyone know if such a thing exists?

It's only that and the general rubbishy looks of my poor, unskinned miranda that's stopping me from using it for MSN, I'd love a single IM client, but, I use the sounds of MSN+ too much to not have them!

Anyone got any link or suggestions?

I dont exactly understand what you mean... you want a skinnable MSN? Wont happen. Use miranda.

I use it too, I know is good but I doubt something like that will get made.
