Hey Johnson, for Mediacoder, everytime I open up the program it open my IE. Do you know how to stop it?

Let IE open. There should be a radio check box under the "Start MediaCoder" button:

Start MediaCoder

[ ]Do not show this page on next startup

Tick the box.

Click "Start MediaCoder"

That will close IE.

Won't happen again until you update it.
