qip show/hide docklet for rocketdock

It can possible create docklet to show/hide qip infium(icq messenger) for rocketdock?

normal shortcut to infium.exe open new infium, I need only show/hide infium which is in systray

possiblity??parameter to shortcut or can rocketdock activate windows shortut keys(i have ctrl+right to show infium)

please help
