Something other than Multi-Plugin

Does anyone know anything that can make my windows iTunes more like mac itunes without multi-plugin (which crashes my itunes everytime i use it)

It crashes all the time because you dont search and see for yourself that it won't work on newer versions of iTunes.

and no there is nothing else to use.
