this little button in photoshop is not skinned, why?
i have seen some that are, but very few. can someone fix this, perhaps kol, cause it has been driving me nuts since, well, forever...

Not really much you can do about that. It's a Photoshop bug I believe.
I think what happens is that Photoshop's windows use the main caption bar as the title images for them. With that, comes the large min/max/close buttons like any normal window. The problem arises though that those windows in Photoshop are not the same size as regular ones. They get cut off basically because there is no room, or they can't be scaled.
I'm not sure but that's my take at it.
then how come the close button is ok?
