To do that you would have to use windowblinds with some mac theme or when using msstyles replace the app icon with a transparent one using reshacker, altough in some apps like firefox and opera you can define the caption icon in the .ini file so its a bit easier also styler lets you define a caption icon for explorer and ie. Try searching the forums for more specific instructions.
An extreme suggestion.
reshack Firefox and change the default icon into that button? jeje...
where can i locate the firefox .ini file??
You dont need one go here.....C:Program FilesMozilla Firefoxchromeicons
create another folder called "default" then the path should look like this....
C:Program FilesMozilla Firefoxchromeiconsdefault
place the icon you want to use in there and name it "main-window.ico" and restart Firefox.
The icon will need to be 16px. otherwise it'll stretch.
The only way to get this automatically is to implement it into, your case, the visual style.

I thought he just wanted to change the icon on the firefox window not all windows. My bad I guess you are talking about the first post.
thank you; very good suggestions
Why don't you just replace the default firefox .ico in the firefox directory with an .ico from MaC?
it's good,very
