[completed] Plastic Pro Blue

JjX and I have been working on a Plastic Pro port, which is now just about completed. JjX did the initial port, and I fixed it up.

Thank you, for I just finished reviewing the (original) thread @FunMac, and yes they can get a little 'bowed up' about distribution of Mac themes to Windows...lol!

Hope that all works out, for when/if you get permission...will D/L ASAP... Man, all we need now is one of our talented skinners to make a Panther shellWM skin with matching Lucida Mac #10 font...(or something very similar)

@Three Drives: Beautiful! Can't wait to try this out. :lol: The sunken panther-style buttons looks amazing. One suggestion, I think the Tabs should be panther-style as well, not aqua-style.

Strange though that it looks great on all these screenshots, but it looks quite screwed up on my 17" LCD. Is it possible that it only looks great on CRT? Or are there some other things (e.g. font smoothing) that need some adjusting?
