[help] How To Change "please Wait" Dialog Box?

I've wondering is there a way to change this dialog box, which appear while you change your theme?

Anyone here knows how?

well, i've seen this bitmap in a dll but i can't remember. i opened each dlls several times.. you don't have to open all of them but sort them by size and open the bigger ones (~30 files). it should be in a dll that is bigger than 1MB / or smaller?

It's in shell32.dll, bitmap 14351 or 14354.

I am also looking for a better 'Please Wait' dialog.The one in Iceman's mod is not good.Somebody please help us.
