How do i make reflective icons

Ive searched the internet and i cant find a reflective icon for handbrake. Can someone give me a link or explanation on how to make them in photoshop.

What's the point of making them, its so much easier to use RKLauncher + Avedesk/Samurize.

As i have said before it is more functional to just reflect them yourself, and its also a plus to learn a thing or two about photoshop. Your way may look better but in the long run i think it is better to just reflect them in photoshop. Or you can just get leopard them you don't have to worry about any of this. Having the dock do all of the work for you. Hopefully one day we will not have go into this argument about icon reflections, and everything will be done for us, that will be the day.
