i am trying put a new firmware on my ipod via ipod wizard. when i put the firmware in and click "write to ipod" a message pops up saying that another program is using the ipod. when i click control alt delete theres nothing running in the back ground that would use the ipod.
please help
i would download prossesxp and then end all of the processes that are by apple, or have the word ipod in the title. Then try it. if that doesn't work then restart and try right after startup. if it still doesn't work talk to some one at www.ipodwizard.net they were a big help when ever i had any ipod questions.
