Hi, Hmmm Can Someone Share their costume trayserver.exe
im lookin for one so that i can change the icons of the program
because ive seen people that have their itunes with the coversutra heart icon and their miranda with a audium icon and all that and i would like to do that so it will help if some one wud share their traysystem.exe

i actually have a trayserver.exe but someone told me to ask somebody for theirs to share it with me so i can edit the icons and all that
Isn't trayserver.exe the service that allows OB to access the system tray? I fail to see how it can, as a standalone app, allow you to change your tray icons.

Is change the Icons within the applications themselves. Yes, that's right, manually and individually. I don't think copying an exe will do it. TrayServer is just a service. Perhaps there is more to it, but that's how I understand it.
In regards to Miranda: You can do it quite easily within the program's options. It is extremely customizable, just change the appropriate status icons. Find a copy of the Adium Icons, and use those. That'll then replace the standard system tray icons.
In regards to just about every other app: Extract, Replace the Icon that is EMBEDDED in the application. Use reshack or something. I use Axialis Iconworkshop, it makes it extremely easy. Most icons are located in the app's exe, or a dll. Windows system icons can also be changed if you find the right dll. Most windows icons are in dll files located in c:/windows/system32
