Help With Dock

Well I have leopard and i have noticed that when you move your cursor over the dock icon it has this little thing around the words like a speech bubble...can i get that in RK launcher?

*EDIT* i found a picture (although its not a very good one ) of the little bubble... if you can see it has a little bubble around the iLife text...

Samurize???? what is that? and i know it can be done with out Samurize because i have seen a screen shot of the little bubble in rk launcher somwhere....
