How do I go about changing it back to normal and to the font, transparency, clock and other icons like that please?
I assume you have Windowblinds running.
Try to make a screenshot of your desktop (no open tasks in the taskbar) and save it as background.png to the finderbar folder.

I attached the fonts.
Open finderbar.ini with Editor (simpler) edit it and hit save (make a backup first).
I attached my finderbar.ini take a look at it, maybe you can use some things.

But how is your FinderBar so transparent? Mine doesn't go that transparent. and how do you get that phone, volume icon on your bar too?

One more tiny one, I cannot use shortcuts on Internet Explorer anymore like CTRL + W to close a tab, as it says I have to close the whole internet and CTRL + T for a new tab - it's only occured since I got the FinderBar. So is there something I can change to allow me to get these back?
Wait...my finder bar font is not black it is transparent how i get it to be black?
@Tekmosis, to make your taskbar transparent use an app like Transbar. The black icons are due to Flyakite, it replaces the default systray icons (for volume, internet connection, etc) with those black ones. You can also manually reshack them (search on the forums, I forget which dll) using the Black System Tray icons pack released here (search again). 
For transparancy you don´t need a 3rd party addon. Just hit ctrl "J" and set taskbar to transparent. Finderbar has this built-in.
The taskbaricons are Flyakite 3.5 and the Volume icon is MacSound from Landvermesser.
PS.: you can change them without Flayakite, you need Resource Hacker and Replacer. (But you should a bit know what to do with them - maybe search the Forum for tutorials).

Not really a solution to your problem with IE, but I use Opera Browser since years (or you can use Firefox).
More secure and at least more looking like Safari with the right skin.

Use reshacker to replace them in the correct dll, I've forgotten the name. OR Use Flyakite OSX, it patches them for you.

But I really don't get how to install this system tray icons. I have Flyakite on my computer and I used it once, checking everything, but I didn't realise it was a Tiger theme, so I haven't used it since.
Is there no easy way to install them?

You've got to OPEN a copy of the dll in reshacker. Once you do that, under the action menu select "Replace icon", and replace the icons you want from the list in it.
Edit: Open a copy of the dll, then replace it using an called Replacer (google it), do not forget to make backups.

Then use Replacer to replace the actual stobject.dll with the one youve patched.
