It might be a patched version. I know iATKOS and some other ones have funny looking atm windows, and everything else seems to look right.

Nope It's XP that runs in Virtual Box, look at the systray, there's the virtualbox tools icon.

Plus I can't see how menubar transparency would work with no 3d accel ...
