I love miranda IM but somethings that bothers me since last week.
i need the following plugins and skins, but it wont work in version 0.7.3.
please if you have those plugins that work in version 0.7.3 share it with me. thanks.
- ieview
- tabsrmm
- smooth operator that work in those plugins
- pureplasticMod that work in those plugins.

You don't need an updated version of SmoothOperator and PurePlastics, you just need an updated version of IEView.
Attached, you'll find the latest IEView- and TabSRMM-plugin that was part of the latest Nightly-Build. I hope they will work with 0.7.3 as well.
tabSRMM won't work. may i should update my miranda to the latest build. or maybe you have an tabSRMM that work on version 0.7.3
for those using smooth operator or plasticMod skins. please send me the whole miranda im folder. i really love this skin but its already almost two weeks searching for this skin to work but i can't make it work in my computer because all the plugins link are dead.

Try to download the latest Build from www.miranda-im.org/development
And don't forget to update your current Miranda IM installation, in case that something goes wrong.
Unfortunately, some Servers like the Add-On server are still down, but nevertheless, I've found those IEView skins on my PC and attached them to this post.
Btw: Are you using IE7 or an older version? I'm using IE7 + latest Miranda IM Build and both skins work fine here.
im still using the ie6 coz i don't like ie7 and besides i use firefox all the time. is ie6 a factor for this? should i update this to ie7?
I you don't use IE, then there should be no problem to upgrade to IE7. It's always better to have the latest version of an app and besides this, IE7 fixes a lot of bugs and security issues. I don't use it either [i'm Opera-user ]. You can try to update to IE7 and see if it works. Have you already installed the latest Miranda-build?
yeah i updated to ie7 and install the latest miranda build but still the skins don't work. please try it in your computer and tell if it works. I already tried everything here but with no luck.
I've tested the skins and both work fine here. Maybe you can zip your Miranda folder [without your profile] and I'll take a look at it.

Hi I'm virtually a complete noob lurking your thread and trying to figure this out for myself to no avail
the Tabsrmm plugin you attached causes Miranda to shut down if I set it in my plugins folder 
any idea what may be happening?
I'm using 0.7.3 btw should I update to 0.8?
Follow the guide here. It has all the plugins and stuff, and is really good for beginners to skinning Miranda.

@ d3viant: The plugin doesn't work with 0.7.3. You need the latest Developer Version for this. Get it here: www.miranda-im.org/development
