Aqua-Soft Forumsok so there is no way possible i could get itunes while having this theme because i like need the latest one because i have a iPhone? so i can;t have regular itunes without the skins and the plugin?

Since there is no Mplugin for the newer iTunes and since Apple does not allow skinning, I'm afraid the answer to your question is no.
