Aqua-Soft Forumsall the sudden Time Machine and Finder dont want 2 find my 320 GB external HD, but i see it in disc utility and sumhow it's now 2TB, any1 got any ideas on how 2 fix it b/c disk utility keeps saying error

Well, you could try formatting it (which will erase everything on the drive). If that doesn't work, I'm not sure what will.

is the external acting as your back up or do you have your back up at some other place?
well i had leopard, then it messed up so i archived installed 2 tiger for a week, then bak 2 leopard, and it was my bak-up on leopard the `1st time. it was starting to back-up this time then BAM it messed up. now my comp wont read it and WD site says use disk utility, which ive tried, or pay some1 to recover the data(which i dont care about.
Edit: now its givin me the spiining loading symbol wenever i do something that requires my password
