Time machine for windows?

Does Anyone Know of a Time machine GUI style program that just looks like time machine but does nothing? i have been looking 4 a long time and havn't found anything

Umm...

if you don't actually need it to DO anything, it would be pretty easy to mockup.

Why don't you try using Leopard screencaps and see how you go - it might be interesting for you....
