Icons on the right

Hey, people. I'm new to Aqua-Soft, but I know a lot about Macs and I've almost completely Mac'ed my PC, so I think I'll fit in. Anyway, since I want to make my PC exactly like a Mac, and sometimes things just download straight to the desktop (like when you install a program and it creates a shortcut), I was wondering if there was a way I could set items to automatically go to the right side of the desktop like a Mac? I know that I can just drag the icons to the right or simply delete the items, but that gets tedious and annoying after a while. Can anyone help out?

Also there was some app called Iconoid(?) that somebody found and posted here...Search for it.

Thanks guys. I downloaded Iconoid, but that made my desktop pretty buggy, so I'm downloading Styler right now to try that out.
