Changing folder Icons

I have a window XP professionals home edition 2 ( I think ). I want to apply a new folder icons for all my default one. IS there a way to change it? I tried window blinds but when I install it, it changes EVERYTHING on my desktop. T_T

IconPackager for does it the best, downside........you've got to pay for it, but well worth the money.

You do know you can change them all yourself, but it takes time.
