Aqua-Soft ForumsI just installed newest verison of flyakite and the uxtheme patcher. I dont have the top mac bar. Any ideas why?
No Mac Bar
Because it doesn't transform your taskbar into the Mac's menu bar. You need a third-party program not included with Flyakite. Stardock's Objectbar is the most popular choice.
Flyakite simply replaces Windows system files. It does not magically clone OS X.
ah ok thanks that is what I was looking for. So why not use just the whole startduck app? What is flyakite actual do?
<_< you installed FAK without knowing what it does? Lucky it didn't **** up your comp.
anyways, FAK takes files like shell32.dll and other visual things and replaces them with similar aspects found in OSX such as beautiful high resolution icons and wallpapers and the such. As far as i remember, FAK gives you the option to install Objectbar and all those applications that help you emulate your computer.
That's just about it.
