Lately ive seen a few sreenshots of windows with docks that reflect custom icons. now i know some of them are samurize configurations, that dont always work 100%, but some others arent.
Can someone tell me what dock they are? is it objectdock or something? if so what dock theme is being used?
Most of the time the icons have the reflection themselves (i.e. the icon consists of the image plus a reflection), not that the dock is doing any reflection at all.
Search in this forum for iReflector by Sir Smiley. It allows to create "reflected" icons quickly. Then just choose those icons. Read the iReflector thread also, it contains important info about usage of iReflector.

Edit: as far as I can recall schrom is trying to do a real reflective dock based on RK Launcher.
I used ireflector once, but it reduces the image size by like half!
I would suggest loading the icon in Photoshop and adding the reflection yourself, thats what i do.
