Have you even had a look at their forum, I've found most answers there.

I'm not an expert, but I've managed to sort most problems I've had with F2K.

I don't use IM, plus any advice given and gained my help others in the future.

Why can't you post the issue here? That way, if anyone else is having a similar problem they would find this thread useful.

Moreover, the chances of you finding a solution is obviously higher here than over instant messaging (since more people would read your post).

The 5 day wait only applies to a free e-mail service: gmail, hotmail, etc. I assume this is to combat spamming.
