I'm not sure yet what I'll use it for; just like the icon. If you'd be willing to share a 256 or higher version that'd be great. Thank you.

Any suggestions for the best emulation of this app for Windows?

I took a look at the video and most of this (not all) can be accomplished in a konfabulator widget. Joining it with the dock is another problem not sure if someone could make a docklet using knofabulator api and tie it in with the widget or not.
