Hi have vista and am trying to apply this visual style , i managed part of it using tune up utilities but im not sure what to do with rest of files in rar could someone help me please step by step, trying for 2hrs, do i need to patch the system files apply this to vista thanks in advance..

for Media Center.msstyles (better alternative to using tuneup)
-patch 2 system files with: http://www.codegazer.com/vistaglazz/
-(you dont have to but its good practice) copy the "Media Center" folder to WindowsResources
-double click the .msstyles to apply theme
for Vista Media Center.logonvista
-download http://www.stardock.com/products/logonstudio/
-run and apply
for Media Center SidebarStyle.wsstyles
-download http://www.stoyanoff.info/blog/code/styler/
-run and apply
if it helps, turn on file extensions in Explorer by going clicking, Organize > folder and search options > [ ]Hide unknown file extensions (or something like that I'm on my mac<3 so i don't know)
